The Amcrest AD110 doorbell is powered by using the home’s existing doorbell wiring. However, there is no battery backup exists for this doorbell. Therefore, In event of the power outage, The Doorbell will turn off and cannot monitor the activity. If someone turns off the power from outside then the surveillance will be stopped recording the video or notifications and the area will not be monitored. It also allows storing the recording in the SD card if someone does not have Amcrest cloud subscriptions. However, someone can remove the camera and stole it that will not have any video footage on the camera.
The doorbell camera does not come with an angle bracket that will not allow you to tilt the camera to cover a specific direction.

Power Adapter - Customers can purchase the power adapter separately from the Amcrest website for $19.99 with 10ft of length If the installation area does not have existing doorbell wiring or suitable voltage, The Amcrest SmartHome Power Supply Adapter for the Amcrest doorbell can connect directly to your doorbell for direct power. However, it does not power the chime.
Adjustable Angle Mount - Amcrest Doorbell adjustable angle mount allows you to adjust the angle from 15 degrees to 45 degrees. It is the perfect mount to improve motion detection and have a good view of the visitors.
